Returns

• Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items: email a photo within 14 days and we'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
• Used lick mats and bowls are accepted only if defective.
• For low-value items we may refund without requiring a return.
